Complete Groundworks Package from Infrastructure to Finishing Works
MAC are nearing completion of the full groundworks package for a 73-unit residential development on the outskirts of Castlebellingham Village.
Working with OHF Group, MAC are responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of groundworks, civil engineering, drainage, utility and external works. The package covered the development from the installation of the main site infrastructure through to foundations, subfloors and the final finishing works to building curtilages and public areas.
Our Scope of Works
- Main site drainage – installation of the primary stormwater and foul drainage networks throughout the development.
- Off-site foul drainage – installation of approximately 300m of foul drainage outside the site boundary, connecting the development to the existing public sewer network.
- Attenuation – installation of a 550m³ attenuation system as part of the site’s stormwater management infrastructure.
- Site services – installation and commissioning of all major site services, including:
- Water
- Electrical services
- Eir telecommunications
- Public lighting
- EV charging infrastructure
- Roads and footpaths – construction of base kerbs, road infrastructure and public footpaths throughout the development.
- Foundations and subfloors – installation of foundations and completion of all associated subfloor works for the residential units.
- External and finishing works – completion of building curtilages and public spaces, including fencing, concrete paths, paving preparation and landscaping.
