87-Unit Residential Development – Full Site Development Package
From Greenfield Site to Fully Serviced Development
MAC were appointed PSCS to deliver the complete site development package for an 87-unit residential development, working on a full supply-and-fit basis.
From the initial greenfield strip, our team managed and delivered the key infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, utilities and road construction required to transform the site into a fully serviced residential development.
Our Scope of Works
The project included:
- Site preparation and earthworks – stripping and removal of topsoil from the main site, with material disposed of off site.
- Temporary access infrastructure – construction of approximately 300m of temporary haul road, including base kerbing and tarmac.
- Road and plot formation – importation, placement and compaction of approximately 30,000 tonnes of 808 stone to form roads and housing plots.
- Drainage infrastructure – installation of the main stormwater and foul drainage networks.
- Attenuation systems – installation of two attenuation systems as part of the site’s stormwater management infrastructure.
- Box culverts – installation of two box culverts to facilitate the site’s drainage and infrastructure requirements.
- Utilities – installation and commissioning of the complete utility infrastructure, including:
- Watermain
- ESB
- Virgin Media
- Eir
- Public lighting
- Road construction – installation of base kerbing and base tarmac throughout the development.
